All orders for in-stock items are shipped same day if we receive the order and payment and/or payment authorization before 3:00 p.m. eastern time, otherwise, they will ship the next business day. All shipments are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). NOTE: Sometimes payment authorizations can be delayed by your Merchant Payment Provider. We cannot ship your order in the same day if we do not receive the authorization before 3:00 p.m.

Shipping Time usually takes 1-2 days!  We are known for fast shipment and delivery, see our feedback!  This means from the time you place your order to the time your receive it you may receive it within 3- 4 business days.  However, some addressess, APO's, and of course international shipments will take longer. But, we will strive to get it to you as fast as possible.

No refunds/replacements/concessions will be made for shipment delays due to the shipper when the order is shipped according to the ship method you requested on the order.  We cannot be responsible for shipment delays due to shipper(carrier) delays/mishandling, weather, and/or delivery address. ETA's given by shippers(carriers) are estimates only not guarantees.  However, carriers that issue a refund due to mishandling of shipment will be credited to you. This process could take up to 6 weeks.

Please make sure you are providing the correct delivery address information (including any necessary security access codes/buzzer numbers) to ensure that your order can be delivered. Any charges levied by the carrier for address correction, redirection, or return of your order are the responsibility of the purchaser and addressee and will be charged back to you.
Shipments may be delayed due to heightened customs inspection and border security. Pursuant to U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency regulations, as well as regulations of most governments, all U.S. and international shipments will bear a commercial invoice providing a complete description and value of the contents. Thus, even though an order may contain a gift, a commercial invoice may appear on the exterior of the box and the recipient may see the description and value of the contents. Novelty items are still handled very discretely, please see our feedback or call/email with questions.

Product shipments valued under $200.00 and for personal use are generally not subject to customs brokerage fees and duties. International Shipments valued at $200.00 or more may be subject to customs brokerage, local import duties, and other charges, which are the sole responsibility of the addressee, as are any taxes levied by government authorities in the destination country. Shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
